You will drink 80 oz of water a day with the water bottle included in your box. 2 points per day.
You'll commit to getting 7 hours of sleep each night. 2 points per night.
You will commit to working out at least three hours per week. 15 minutes a day = 2 points. 30 minutes a day = 3 points.
As you meet these goals on a daily basis, you'll collect points. Whoever has the most points at the end of the challenge wins their money back!
